EA Erroneous Market Bans

It’s been almost been 2 months since I received a market ban alleging to break the rules. Which I absolutely did not do. I submitted my appeal, which should have been reviewed and replied to within 30 days. Yea right. It’s almost 2 months now and I haven’t heard anything back. Status has been “in studio” for over a month with no response or resolution. If I have done something wrong, they should provide proof of what I supposedly did, when I did it, how many times it was done, etc. But I guess banning people and not rectifying their mistakes is easier than actually looking into the band and admitting their wrongs. This is disgusting. I have players on my transfer list I can’t sell. I have cards that I bought for trading purposes that I can even access to even quick sell them for their minimum price. I can only imagine how many others are affected by this.

Maybe I should’ve also included that part. I did contact an “advisor” approximately 3 weeks after opening my dispute. They told me there is nothing they can do and I would just need to let it run its course. Also, when I told them the status I saw on the dispute, prior to being in studio, they said that was a good thing.

Hi there. Thanks for letting us know about your case not being responded to. Please try opening a new one so you can get in touch with an advisor. They can check on the status of it. To do that, use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. However, don't submit another dispute. That will just go to Terms of Service for review. You need to speak with an advisor so they can look into the current status.
