EA please notice the rule in football

No, a player can receive a red card for a foul inside the penalty area, although the rules (specifically "double jeopardy") often downgrade it to a yellow card. A red card is still given for serious offenses like violent conduct, biting, or if the defender makes no attempt to play the ball. 

It avoid"double jeopardy"  but not mean that never be a red card
