Hello,

I’m reaching out to report an issue with my Jordi Alba End of an Era card. After applying a cosmetic item (Scream), the card lost its “End of an Era” status, which also affected its chemistry in my squad.

Nowhere in the game does it mention that applying a cosmetic could change the card type or impact player chemistry, so I applied it in good faith, assuming it was only a visual modification.

I kindly ask that you please:

Restore the card to its original “End of an Era” version,
Or refund the cosmetic item that caused the issue,
Or otherwise provide a fair resolution to this unexpected problem.
