When I try to access Ultimate Team, I get a message saying it can't connect and I'll be redirected to the main menu. This has been happening since I bought the game, and EA Help hasn't been able to help me at all. I want to be able to play Ultimate Team, or I want my money back. I need a solution.

How long has this situation been going on for exactly?
A persistent error like this could be caused by a connection issue or, occasionally, by issues on the account side. Did you have, or are you having, any other problems with your account or with connecting online? It might help us isolate the problem.
In the meantime, please try to access the Companion app or the Web app, and let us know if you get an error message there, too.
