What were you doing before this error started appearing to you?
What did our customer support team recommend you try yet, in terms of troubleshooting steps?
How long has this situation been going on for exactly?
A persistent error like this could be caused by a connection issue or, occasionally, by issues on the account side. Did you have, or are you having, any other problems with your account or with connecting online? It might help us isolate the problem.
In the meantime, please try to access the Companion app or the Web app, and let us know if you get an error message there, too.
