Error to register thunder Icon player at transfer market.

I have been played FC26 ultimate mode since FC26 was released. I purchased the thunder Icon Beckenbauer at transfer market by the coin "over 2milion", however I could not register the same player "thunder Icon Beckenbauer" as reasonable price because the upper limit price is just only 30,000.(11,500~30,000).

I asked to EA team more than 10 times that I remember for around 2month, this problem still have not yet solved.
