Error with an unsigned item in Web App

Question

When I opened a pack on the PS5, a black item appeared. When I try to open it, I get an error.Also, when I open the pack in the Web Companion App, it shows that there is one “unassigned item.”

When I select it, a strange item appears, as shown in the image.When I press the button,

“Server Unavailable”“Sorry, this feature is currently down for maintenance. Please check back later.”is displayed.

Is there a way to fix this?

Just bought the game after seeing the World Cup feature coming soon and I cant open a **bleep** pack in FUT because of this exact thing.&nbsp; **bleep** it EA, do better.

I have the same issue. Spoke to someone on the EA support team and they said that they have reported it to the gam team. I hope they fix it soon because I can’t open any packs for now.&nbsp;
