Ko Seung Beom TOTY ML does not appear in the Player Development list for the TOTY ML First Touch EVO.

The player has not received any previous EVO upgrades, but is still not eligible. Restarting the game does not fix the issue.

Expected Result:

Player should appear in the eligible EVO list.

Actual Result:

Player does not appear and cannot be upgraded.
