Messi/CR7 sbc. got a freeze and ended up with the card I didn’t intend on

3 million sbc, a lot of time and even some pennies to complete. Feel I’ve lost out due to a tech error. Reported the error hopefully it can be swapped/fixed. 

I selected the wrong player due to loss of input on my screen and caused by a freeze during selection.  I’m requesting for a 1 for 1 swap not compensation - got in touch with ea - fingers crossed
