Extend API Access to Ultimate Team Following Pro Clubs Integration

I've seen the Direct Clubs API access given to Virtual Pro Gaming for automated per-match player data in EA SPORTS FC 26 Pro Clubs.

Since VPG has this for Pro Clubs, why not provide similar API/data access for Ultimate Team?

 Developers and platforms that meet EA's security and compliance standards could build tools, apps, and features to enhance the UT experience. This would drive more innovation and community engagement.

What are the steps to apply or qualify for access?
