That said, according to the image you attached, the ban would last for 28 days and was started on March 30th. 28 days from then has not passed and would be up sometime tomorrow, April 27th. The duration has not already passed.
Note this would be 28 days exactly, down to the hour/minute when the suspension was put in place. If the penalty is showing up on your account page here, you'll be able to keep an eye on that to update once the suspension has been removed. If it's not appearing on that page, you'd just need to wait the full 28 days from when that email was initially sent before trying to log back in.
If you're still unable to get in by the following day (April 28th), please feel free to reach back out to support at that point so they can take a look. They won't be able to look into this any further until that time has fully passed however, hope that clarifies things a bit more!
