False Ban for Coin Distribution + Automated Appeal Responses (No Real Review?)
Hi everyone,
I’m sharing this because the way EA Sports FC is flagging accounts right now is honestly concerning.
My account was banned from the Transfer Market for “coin distribution/balance transfer”, yet I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins, only standard, legitimate trading (buying low, selling high, SBCs, etc.). I’ve been using this account since 2023, and everything on it has been earned through normal gameplay.
This looks like a clear false positive from an automated detection system that doesn’t properly distinguish between actual coin distribution and regular market activity. If normal trading behavior can trigger a ban like this, then there’s a serious flaw in how these systems are working.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of transparency. There’s no specific transaction, no detailed reasoning, just a generic accusation and a permanent restriction.
On top of that, the appeal process feels just as broken. After submitting a detailed appeal, I received what appears to be a standard, automated response confirming the decision without addressing any of my points or providing meaningful clarification. It doesn’t feel like a real review is happening, which makes the whole process even more frustrating.
At this point, it feels like legitimate players are being penalized without proper investigation, which raises serious concerns about both the detection system and the appeal process.
- Has anyone else experienced a similar false flag?
- Were you able to get your access restored?
- Is there any effective way to escalate beyond standard support responses?
Would really appreciate hearing from others, because right now, this doesn’t feel like a system that players can trust.
