I’ve literally had the exact same thing happen to me and I’ve emailed them almost 4 times and still have not gotten a response. At this point I’m just gonna stop playing and buying games from this garbage company as this is not the first time it’s happened to me. While I used to play in pc I was wrongly banned 4 times yes 4 times for absolute bs and every one of those times it took almost a week for them to respond. This is a recurring issue with multiple people getting banned or transfer banned for doing absolutely nothing but playing the game. If they do eventually unban us which I highly doubt due to the fact that they have one of the worst if not the worst customer support of any game I’ve played I want some compensation as it seems fair due to the fact that multiple players are experiencing the same bs
