False Transfer Ban and No Repsonse from DPO Data Subject Request
I was wrongfully transfer banned January 9. I sent an appeal and was swiftly rejected. I have since sent 3 Data Subject Access Requests to mailto:[edit: email address removed] and the previous EA agent that responded during the DECEMBER false transfer ban wave. I have not received ANY response from these avenues. This is utterly disappointing during the biggest promo of the game’s lifecycle. It is demoralizing as a customer and player. Please respond to all of our requests to fix and reconcile this idiotic issue with your transfer market this year.
