1. I have 12 ms ping (96/100 score on EA Report), but my main account has 300ms+ input delay. I tested a secondary guest account on the same PS5/network and it works perfectly smooth. This proves the issue is NOT my hardware PS5/Router or ISP, but a specific account-bound synchronization error in the cloud. I have already tried everything. I am requesting a manual Account Data Resync / Cloud Refresh for my profile.
2. I still haven't received compensation for Ultimate Gauntlet 8, which I couldn't finish (I had already lost almost all of my progress/hours of effort) and then I couldn't even log in to UT for more than a day, so I lost other rewards in other objectives I had played.
3. The game is often so unplayable due to the lag of your servers (I have an input lag of about 300ms) that I can't happily play any mode. For example, today's Fantasy FC league. Why don't some opponents have the same, my connection is TOP (95+ %), according to you, but it looks like I'm playing via a 4G mobile signal?
