I think so mate, i think the cards been binned at max range flags EAs bots. All year iv sold below max no issue, moment iv sold a few at max iv got banned. Iv requested the data from EA which they have sent and they have come back an said they still believe iv been balance transferring. Doesnt look like il be getting my ban lifted anytime soon.
Burberryblade Did they specify "balance transferring"? To me "they" just wrote "coin distribution", and after googling I think it can mean both balance transfer, buying or selling coins. Maybe other stuff too, who knows when they keep dodging any questions about it. I think a sanction that devalues an investment, even if it is just virtual currency that seems to be a legal free pass, should trigger a refund, or they should cough up a specific accusation and at least refer to this evidence they claim to have. Please sumbit this as a request for further improvement,EA_Darko .
As EA have not given me either a refund or shown evidence, at the very least I would like an acknowledgement that there has been an error, and an apology in some form. Instead I just get repeated the message of "nah, we're right, you're wrong, please go away".
Yeah my ban on the EA site is for balance transferring, Doesnt look like im going to get anywhere with it. Keep getting the same generic reply, that ‘we took the right action the ban remains’ Even though iv asked for the evidence of said balance transfer and they cannot provide it. Really shoddy work from EA but cant say as im surprised. They will always hate on traders because we aint buying no points.
