False Transfer Market Ban – Long-Time Player Since 2013 (Need Help)

Hello everyone, I’m posting because I believe my account has been incorrectly flagged and I’m hoping for some advice. I recently received a Transfer Market ban in EA SPORTS FC 26 for “balance transfer,” but I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins, and I only have one Xbox account. I do not use any third-party services. My gameplay is normal, I play matches and occasionally trade players on the market, and I use coins only for gameplay such as seasons and evolutions. I have already contacted support and submitted appeals, but they were denied without a clear explanation. This is very frustrating, especially since I have been playing since 2013 and this is my first issue. I believe this may be a mistake or false flag due to normal trading activity or market fluctuations. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to escalate this further? Thank you.

    Hey I appreciate you sharing this it helps to know I am not the only one dealing with it I feel the same it is frustrating to be flagged for something I never did especially after playing for so many years Hopefully if more cases like ours are raised EA will take a closer look Lets keep pushing for a fair review

    Have exactly the same issue and can confirm that I have not engaged in the activity EA are alleging against me. I feel your pain, it is completely soul destroying to have mistake from EA ruin all of your progress and then have no one to look into the matter to confirm that they have made a mistake. If EA want to issue blanket bans because their systems don't work as intended, then maybe they should issue refunds to all the innocent players that have been affected? Why can't EA admit that one of their broken systems is responsible for issuing warnings and bans to players that have done nothing wrong?

    Good luck trying to get this rectified. I hope they are able to fix this mistake, as it quite demoralising for long term players like us (first game I played was FIFA international soccer in 1994). It hurts so much to be accused of something that you haven't done, I'm thinking of checking out of life if they can't fix this.

    This company is utterly vile. Whoever designed this market algorithm detector wants his manhood removing with a blunt shiv.

    Unlikely to find help here mate, I wish you all the best but no-one from EA cares, and despite the fact the moderators on here have the tools necessary to escalate your case personally to the right person, they’ll pretend they don’t and say “pLeAsE cOnTaCt SuPpoRt, wE cAn’T hElP yOu HeRe 🤪🤪🤪”
