Fc 26 Live Event gameplay feels so heavy

Hi i’m a pc user and since TOTY came out its been really dreadful playing on the servers

players act funny, input delays, players moving slow and heavy, and yes my internet connection is great (wired) 

Same as rivals, but when i play rush its so smooth and responsive.
do i just never play live events or is there something i need to do?
