    Hey siyzhou0402​ there is no such thing as pack luck or anything like it.

    You have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.

This is happening to me too in last week and half I opened at least 200 packs nothing but 83 duplicate I didn’t get anything and you can say what ever you want on there is no pack luck but I know better there is as any game out there you guys set how much any pack gives out I just don’t understand when are you going to start to treat us as people and understand that we know better also I’m ashamed to admit it it I spent over 700$ on your pack didn’t get anything good but it’s gamble and as much as I don’t like that you guys want our blood on top of our money to then go and do this on purpose for reason I can’t even understand it’s shameful thank you for portending like you care
