Fc 26 perma banned account
So I’ve been playing fifa for 10+ years spend money on the game every year and a loyal customer. Woke up this morning to not being able to log in. I’ve moved over to pc in the last 2 years don’t get me started on the hackers on there, but basically just play the game as anyone else would and woke up to a email basically saying I’m perma banned for violating system abuse.
I would like to understand why to this and is there chances of getting unbanned when I have done nothing wrong

As the guide shares, we can’t handle bans or appeals, which means we won't know why you received one and can't remove them.
For help with bans or suspensions, you would need to reach out to the Terms of Service team; they would exclusively help and discuss ban cases. If you believe there's been some sort of mix-up with the application of a ban, they can be reached by filling out the webform (that sends in an appeal to them).
