FC 26 Ultimate Edition – Missing fc Points (Urgent)

I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition, which clearly states that it includes 6,000 fc Points. However, I have only received 4,000 fc Points, leaving 2,000 missing.

I have logged this issue as a support ticket multiple times, and each time the case has been closed with the response that I was “not eligible for anything.” This makes no sense, as I definitely am eligible — I purchased the Ultimate Edition, not the standard version.

This is now becoming extremely frustrating. The current season ends in around 7 days, and if this is not resolved before then, the fc Points are effectively useless. At that point, buying the Ultimate Edition becomes a waste of money and feels like false advertising, as the advertised content has not been delivered.

I am asking for a proper review of my account and purchase and for the missing 2,000 fc Points to be granted ASAP. Simply closing tickets without fixing the issue is not an acceptable solution.

I would appreciate this being resolved urgently
