FC 26 Ultimate Team - Squad Changes Not Saving and Unable to Create Game Session

Hello,

I have a serious issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team on PC. I purchased the game through Steam.

I can log into Ultimate Team, access my Club, and open packs, but I cannot save any changes to my Active Squad.

The same problem occurs in the FC 26 Web App. When I make changes to my Squad and leave the Squad page, I receive this error:

"An error occurred and your Squad was not saved. Please try again later."

In the game, I also receive this error:

"There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again."

When I try to play Squad Battles or Play vs AI, I receive:

"There was an error creating game session."

I have already reinstalled the game, restarted my ISP router, and tested the game using a mobile phone hotspot, but the problem still occurs.

The issue also occurs in the FC 26 Web App, so it does not appear to be limited to my PC or internet connection.

I can still access Ultimate Team and open packs, but I cannot save squad changes or create a game session.

Please investigate my Ultimate Team account and check whether there is an issue with my Ultimate Team squad data, account synchronization, or the game session service.
