Fc 26 ultimate team sbc glitch

Hi last night the new icon sbc in fc26 dropped and i wanted to complete the sbc and the game was glitchy and it always kicked me out of ultimate team many times and after restarting my game i could complete the max 87 icon sbc but right when i could hit continue the game crashed and i opened the game but i still have no icon pack and my cards i used for the sbc were missing i faced such issue for the first time and I'm deeply hurt and all my fodder have been waste i didn't receive the pack and not me but many players faced this issue please reimburse my icon sbc pack as soon as you can and to make it easier for you guys the sbc is still showing up for me to complete but i already did and it didn't give me the pack.
