I'm experiencing a critical bug in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team on the Seasonal Track for Season 4: Italy '90. I've fully completed all required objectives and progressed to the necessary levels, but I cannot claim the Premium rewards at Level 37 and Level 39. Progress shows everything completed (green progress bars)

I've tried multiple times: restarted the game/console/PC completely, logged out of Ultimate Team and logged back in again. Additional context on Level 40: For Level 40, I was prompted to choose between packs or the De Rossi player. I selected De Rossi, but it errored repeatedly after about 10 attempts. Finally claimed De Rossi successfully, but this glitch started immediately on 37 and 39, and now I can't access anything further.
