FC Points not transferred from FC 25 to FC 26

Hello,  

I purchased FC Points in FC 25 and selected the option to transfer them to FC 26 when I first logged in.  
However, the Points did not transfer — they are still showing in FC 25 but not in FC 26.  

Details:  
- Platform: [PC]  
- EA ID: [guswodnjs1]  
- FC Points balance is visible in FC 25, but missing in FC 26  
- Transfer option was confirmed ("Yes, transfer")  

Could someone from EA please help check this issue?  
I just need the Points to appear in FC 26 as intended.
