FC26 Ultimate Edition missing content

I preordered FC26 Ultimate Edition the moment it was in the store, way before 26th of August, yet i did not get the icon pick pack and God knows what else also i did not get. My team is super sad, as sad as someone's team who ordered the standard edition after the game is released.
