It's now the 21st September and I still have no Icon packs or season pass.
I have contacted EA help and I have had nothing back in the last 48 hours... this is shocking service.
Anyone know how to get hold of EA without using the EA help... as that has been no help for me.
if you are from steam before you start the game from library you have a small button where is writtes: redeem the promo, or something like that.

im having the same issue on the ea app on pc its absolutely shocking from ea and their ea help is just filled with ai chat bots
Yep same just being ignored they told me on the online chat i can only raise a complaint on here and that a manager would reply... shocking
