Feedback regarding repetitive rewards from Icon SBCs

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding a recent experience with the Icon Upgrade SBCs in FC 26.

After spending a significant amount of time, effort, and high-rated fodder players to complete two separate Icon SBCs, I received the exact same player (Miyama) in both packs.

While I understand that pack contents are based on probabilities, receiving the same untradeable Icon twice in a row, out of hundreds of possible options, feels like a major flaw in the reward system. As a dedicated player who spends many hours and sleepless nights on these challenges, this repetitive outcome is extremely discouraging. In fact, this experience has been so frustrating that I am seriously considering taking a long break from the game or stopping playing altogether.

I believe that the RNG system should have better "duplicate protection," especially for high-value challenges like Icon SBCs. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that you can look into the fairness of these reward cycles and provide a gesture of goodwill to compensate for this repetitive outcome and restore my motivation to play.
