Fk squadbattles

How is it possible that I have a two-day-old PlayStation? I turn on FIFA and it crashes after the first squad battle and then you play a task where you have to play a match against a selected team. You win it and you get EA like it was last year and the year before. So I want some compensation for having to wait a week to be able to complete the task and get the rewards!? So many people subscribe to it, they put money into it and it's still a mess.
