FUT ACCOUNT HACKED

On Friday my email was compromised, I always keep my back up codes stored in my email which in hindsight wasn’t a great idea. Friday night I logged into the fc companion app to see my coin balance had changed I immediately checked the transfer list to see a winter wildcard Cafu they I never owned sold for 289k which was way below market value for him as the time he was selling for around 1 million coins. I then proceeded to check my squad and to my horror all my players were gone and sold around 16million worth of players vanished. I then processed to contact ea live chat and within less than 3 minutes I was told there’s no suspicious activity and I was being gaslighted by ea customer service that I had done this myself. Another person on the live chat said there’s nothing I can do and if I want to sort this out I need to post on the forums??? At this point it feels like a slap in the face from EA, I’ve spent so much money on points and time grinding the game to be back at square one I know it’s not their fault this has happened but I know if was a big ea content creator this would have been dealt with a little better instead I’m being told there’s no suspicious activity without them conducting a proper investigation

    That's not great CapoAyz​. If our live support team advised you to post on the forums then it may mean that when they looked into your account they were not able to see any logins outside of yours.

    Do you share your account with anyone or does anyone else have access to your account, maybe a family member?

    The images you attached that show the login verification don't show anything out of the ordinary.

    No one else has authorised access apart from me. The email shows a new device is trying to log in? Whenever I log into my companion app it does not ask me for a code

    Look at the customer service EA provides, I asked a simple question because I know for a fact if I was to try log into my account on a new device I would receive a code to my email like I did on Friday but here’s the live chat rep refusing to answer my question and end the chat instead!

    Hey CapoAyz​ looking at the images attached and only devices there are yours.

    Trusted devices that are approved do not need the login verification each time if saved as trusted.

    If there are no other devices bar the trusted ones then our team would not be able to assist you.

    The best thing I can suggest is to go ahead and gather as much info as possible and speak with the team again.

    The only device that is mine is the Lambeth device! I took a screenshot of the trusted device to show someone else has logged into my account!!!

    Hey CapoAyz​ the screenshot you shared shows that whoever logged into the account was approved through login verification.

    This would mean that either you approved it or someone has compromised the device that you use to verify ownership.

    I know it's frustrating, but based on that our team may have closed your case off. The best thing to do is gather as much info as possible and open a new case ensuring that you let them know that you did not approve any device other than yours.

    I would also recommend looking at what device you use for verification and ensuring that no one else has access to .

    Like I said I stored my back up codes on my email which was compromised which I’m guessing they used to login into my account? I don’t get what’s so hard about to understand what I am saying?

    We are not able to assist with account issues here. My hands are tied so to speak when it comes to something like this.
