FUT Champions inconsistent gameplay on console

Fix it ea. The console gameplay is next to unplayable. First, I've to switch off cross play since no console player can play a PC player. Second, if I turn off cross play suddenly the delay is more and the button lag becomes worse. And before some volunteer comes and says connect to Ethernet port, I will say I've been playing this game for more than 10 years and I've a 1 gig Ethernet connection with ports specifically dedicated to my console and a wired controller and my ping has consistently (at least 95%) been less than 15ms. I thought this years game was at least better to play but with this lag how does it matter how great your game is, it's still unplayable
