I got permanently ban for trading with silver

Dear EA Support,
I recently received a permanent ban on my account due to a violation related to the balance transfer rules. I believe this may be a misunderstanding, as I have never transferred coins between my accounts or purchased coins. All I have done is buy and sell silver players for trading before silver tournaments. I kindly request that you review my case and reconsider the ban.
Additionally, I am planning to purchase a year-long subscription to EA Play Pro to access premium benefits and the latest games. Before proceeding with the subscription, I would like to ensure that my account is in good standing. Any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Normal response time is within 10 days but it can be longer. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do but to wait for the ToS team to get back to you.
