We have two other threads with others discussing this, where we'll provide updates.
It is disgraceful to suffer after paying such a heavy amount for early access to the game and not only missing out on rewards of weekend games but also getting penalised for incompetence on behalf of EA.
Worse is no official acknowledgement or fix even after over 2 days.
