FUT Rush won’t start at all

I am on ps5 ult. edition. when i select rush and press x in fut, the game is stuck on loading. i can only use R2 to enter ea community menu, or close the game completely. 

On the first day I was able to start a single fut rush match, none since then.

how to fix please
