FUT season pass bug

I have an issue in my game (PC) , i try to access the season pass in FUT but the game glitches every time i tried every possible thing to fix it and nothing worked . I cant even press a thing or redeem my token

    Same! On PC as well. Have to Alt+F4 to get out of season pass screen because I can't back out. Can't press "Y" to use season pass token either.
