FUTTIES Blueprint I - NO ACCESS TO THE LAB!

Hi,

I just completed the FUTTIES Blueprint I Evolution, but to my surprise, it didn't unlock access to the Chem Lab.

Is this Evolution bugged, or is it working as intended?

It doesn't make much sense that a regular FUTTIES card has access to the Chem Lab, but the FUTTIES Blueprint I Evolution version doesn't. It's still a FUTTIES card, so why is it treated differently?

As you can see in the screenshots below, I should be able to add one more regular PlayStyle, but despite completing the FUTTIES Evolution, I don't have access to the Chem Lab. I only have 7 regular PSs and I am not able to add the 8th now. 

Could you please review this and clarify how this Evolution is supposed to work?

Had I known this beforehand, I would have applied the Cosmetic Evolution first, added the missing PlayStyle through the Chem Lab, and only then completed FUTTIES Blueprint I.

This is incredibly disengaging. We spend hours grinding Evolutions, only to discover hidden restrictions that aren't explained in advance. Instead of feeling rewarded, it feels like I've been punished for progressing my cards.
