Hello EA Support,
I claimed my Division Rivals rewards, and the rewards screen clearly showed 600 FUTTIES Tokens. However, I only received 99 FUTTIES Tokens instead of the full 600.
I also received and opened the packs, but the missing FUTTIES Tokens have still not been added to my account.
Could you please check my account and grant the missing 501 FUTTIES Tokens?

We've mentioned in our Deep Dive article that there is a weekly limit of 1000 tokens to be earned per week.
I understand there should be a better warning as you are missing out on rewards.
We've shared this feedback to the teams however I cannot guarantee any changes.
Next time, you could try to save up those rewards until the weekly reset and only redeem it then.
People said it was fixed and my idea is to make it pending like u collect and it says pending tokens for example 300

I also had this issue but it gave me 1 futties token lol i didnt even realize i was gonna be getting futties tokens from the rewards just the coins. So I was pretty frustrated, EA wont help at all surprise good ole Hux gave you a reply!
