Fut champs disconnect issue

I’ve just won my last 2 games of fut champs yet they have been counted as a loss because at the end of the game after I’ve won, I get a disconnect message saying check your connection. I am ps5 with cross play disabled so I know it’s not hackers. My internet is working perfectly fine and am sure it’s a problem on EA’s end. From 9-0 I am now 9-2 even though I am meant to be 11-0 and have literally been robbed off 2 wins by this trash multibillion dollar company. The kicker? They don’t even have a live chat, customer support or anyone to talk to resolve this. I just have to submit a ticket where I hope they get back to me in the coming days, although that won’t get my wins back. How can they not have a live chat I mean this company is worth literally billions of dollars I am dumbfounded. After spending hundreds of hours and countless amounts of money, this is how they repay their loyal fanbase.

    Hi there. Is this only happening when Gauntlet matches end or is this happening in other modes too?

    I never once mentioned gauntlet In the text above so I’m not sure where you got that from. This happened in fut champs. As a community manager I hope you can resolve this issue.

    We're aware of an issue with Gauntlet where this happens. Since it's happening in Champions games, it's possible you hit the security limits. Did you play a lot of games over a short period of time? If so, you'll need to wait about 24 hours for that to expire.

    If you weren't playing a lot of matches, try power cycling your modem/router and hard restarting your console with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
    3. Plug in your modem/router and make sure it's online
    4. Power on your console and try playing again
