Gabriel SBC 86 Team Submitted, EA servers disconnected, SBC no longer completed

I’m experiencing an issue with the Gabriel SBC due to an EA server disconnect, which has resulted in lost SBC progress and missing players.

Here is exactly what happened:

• I completed the second required 86-rated squad for the Gabriel SBC and received the reward pack.
• I opened the reward pack and then began working on the third required 86-rated squad.
• During this process, the EA servers disconnected.
• After reconnecting, the second required 86-rated squad now shows as incomplete, despite having already been submitted.
• The players I originally used to complete that second 86-rated squad are now missing from my club.

More over, I spent $20 on FIFA Points to open two 1000 fifa point packs specifically to help complete the second and third 86-rated squads. Some of the players I obtained from those packs are also now missing. This means:

• I lost players I already have in my squad
• I lost players obtained from packs purchased with real money
• My SBC progress was rolled back
• The money I spent is effectively wasted due to this issue.

I am requesting one of the following resolutions:

• A refund of the FIFA Points I spent, or
• Restoration/completion of the second 86-rated squad and return of the missing players

This issue was caused by a server disconnect and was completely out of my control. I would appreciate this being reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
