Game crashes in Squad battle (PC) - No ErrorCode

Game crashes in SQB mode while I m winning the AI with big score (more than 6-0). It crashed two times today when I put some sub players on court. After the sub, the game ran for like 10 sec and then...

Update: still happens after the new patch. If I tried to switch on sub players in the second half of squad battle, after the sub animation, the game runs for a little while and crashes. Directly to desktop with no error code or any popup windows
