Game error

I won a game in ultimate fc 26 rivals, after the game finished, I got an error about EA servers not available then when I went back in, not only was I not given progress into a new division as the game was for promotion but I was moved backward. I can't accept this as I worked hard for each game I played. This needs to be corrected.
