Game Freeze Bug: Incorrect PlayStyle+ assigned on FUT Birthday Evolution

Hi EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a frustrating technical issue I experienced in EA SPORTS FC 26. I recently paid 15,000 coins to complete an Evolution for my FUT Birthday Marcos Llorente card.

When I reached the final step to select the PlayStyle+, I specifically chose "Intercept+". However, right as I confirmed my selection, the game completely froze. Once I managed to restart and log back into Ultimate Team, I found that the system had automatically and incorrectly assigned "Precision Header+" to the card instead of my actual choice.

Since this was directly caused by a game freeze/bug and not a user error, I kindly request that you look into my account and provide one of the following solutions:

1. Reset the Evolution progress for this specific Marcos Llorente card and refund the 15,000 coins so I can complete it properly.

2. Manually correct the PlayStyle+ on the card from Precision Header+ to Intercept+.

It is very disappointing to lose in-game currency and ruin a valuable card due to a server or game crash. I hope you can help me resolve this fairly.
