Companion app showing evo players as base cards

Just put my 90 rated Rutter evo that I started in the beginning of the year in a 85 player pick because he showed up as a gold rare when I used the squad builder function on the companion app. Fix your game EA. FC is the cash cow for the company if it stays the buggy in march it shows a lack of care and effort, it can’t be this hard for a serious gaming company to get a game franchise they’ve had since before I was born right. Was literally better 10 years ago, old menus looked better and more importantly worked. Honestly just disappointed. Had multiple problems with evos and the menus, sbc storage still doesn’t work on ps4. If I could get my Rutter back that would be great and bugs and poor quality menus etc are pushing people away from the game. It shows a lack of care and planning to have a game that’s not working this late into the year, fc 27 will be coming out in 6 months if it’s anything like this one has been I wouldn’t be spending 60/70 quid on it when it comes out 

same thing happened to me. Submitted my 90 messi with the same visual glitch on web app. had any had any luck getting it back?

No mate no sign of getting the card back, or the hundreds of thousands spent to evo it. there’s an EA admin on here just refusing to acknowledge that the bug exists 😂EA_Darko​ replied to multiple posts of the same thing happening to different people and said it’s human error we must have put the evo card in an sbc by mistake lol asking for video evidence of the bug! Like we’re gonna submit more evo cards just to prove the glitch exists. Strange though  when I spent the morning on EA live chat the guy on there told me it was a worldwide issue and many users are reporting the same problem 🤷‍♂️ 

Managed to get video evidence of it happening again last night whilst doing player picks so hopefully they acknowledge and sort this issue out sooner rather than later, human error my backside 😂

I loose 2 player like this Cherki and Adrei Ratiu... the next i think it will be Estevao. They know about this they just dont give a **bleep** about us... We give money for some of those evolutions... I think its ilegall what they do... just take our money and give nothing back... Its just EA... Ok the game is what it is... but this is to much even for EA... I hope to find the power not to play this game anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a joke brother th customer service isdisgysting as well. Loads of people on here saying they had the same glitch on companion appEA_Darko​ just replying to everyone instantly saying it was human error without video evidence we can’t investigate the issue. I provided video evidence 5 days ago and not heard a peep 😂 least they could do is say thanks for providing evidence we are investigating. Instead just been absolutely ghosted. Anyone know how to raise this issue further please let me know as like I say I have video evidence of the companion app glitch showing built up evo cards as base golds, doing sbcs fiktwri bf by gold cards and 90 rated evos are going into the sbc disguised as the base gold card, basically fraud from EA sports 

They have to much money to gives a **bleep** about our feelings.... or time... or one individual money... I dont have any expectetions from this company... but i will not give them anymore money.... How can i play the game? How to make an evolution if i can loose it when i do a 1 of 4 80+...... This year tehy put all the questions to make the game like we want.... what a joke!!!!! og tyhe gameplay is bad and wrong.... but this is to much to loose players(money) like this. Next year they cand give this game another name: CASINO 27. (An I'm a very patient man, very....)

Still no response from an EA mod to this? Instant replies when asking for video evidence and blaming “human error”. When said evidence is provided to them they crawl back under their rocks, truly truly awful company absolutely disgusting behaviour
