Game glitched causing unresponsive controls during Squad Battles

Last night when I was playing on Squad Battles, my match Glitched on two separate occasions. In both instances, the opponent retrieved the ball and were able to score because my players completely slowed down and I was to use the sprint and tackling/shoot button. The analog trigger and shooting button was unresponsive throughout the entire match and I ended up loosing the match 2-0 along with any potential points in Squad Battles. Would you be able to give me any compensation points lost on that match or at the very least a rematch so I can play properly?
