Game not letting me play and giving me my rewards from Early access tournament

Earlier today I won the Early Access Tournament but for some reason it didn’t give me my rewards, so I started playing the tournament again, won my first two matches and when I wanted to start playing the semifinals it didn’t let me even choose a squad, after I choose a squad for some reason some weird code pops up on my screen. Here I will leave some captures I took from my ps5 proof that I won the tournament, and not wanting to give me my rewards.
