Community ManagerHey 8yv38b16fpmg playing myself on PS5 atm and not seeing any issues, so we'd not be able to rule out connection being the cause.
Connection issues don't mean that you are not online, it can be bandwidth-related or simply routing issues with your ISP.
Can you try using another network to test, even your phone as a mobile hotspot using mobile data would be a great help.

I get the same issue on PS5, agreed it’s not as frequent unlike last year. Where I will go from one tab to another it can freeze, or after collecting my packs I just opened. One issue I get also is when going into rush, if a player quits as loading in, you get kicked back to the rush selection screen, always back out and go back in, or it freezes then also

A lot of these types of issues end up being connection-based, so important that we try to narrow down the cause.

My game keeps disconnecting me, it will say " You have lost your online connection...". I have tried all steps to fix it and it doesn't work at all
I’m on a hard wired connection at 400mbps average. I also play at 2 locations, as trying to relocate, the send home is on a 60mbps connection, still hardwired. And get the issues at both locations.
