Hi I was 4 2 up on weekend league…opponent quit and it did not give me the win it came up game under review and then the game didn’t count… game you review this and give me my win so I can continue to play as scared to play again in case I don’t get the win because I’ve played a new game.
Unfortunately, players cannot manually claim wins for matches flagged as “under review.” The system usually updates automatically once the review is complete. It is best to wait for the result to process before starting your next match.
How long roughly
It’s crazy I’ve spent like £400 on packs then this bad update comes out for starters and now this… just ruins the experience
If the match still does not register after some time, contact EA Help with your match details. They can check the server records, but they typically do not award wins directly unless there is a confirmed technical issue.
