Same thing happened to me I made a more in-depth post about it on here hopefully the devs see this and some form of compensation can be given out as it is not fair that we lose attempts due to no fault of our own.

They decided to do nothing about it and thats it. They engage us in the game but show no respect. Its just another pack, just another card.. maybe we are just spending too much time and resources in it
