Gauntlet 7 bug

Can't complete gauntlet games. Every time I finish a game or leave it get kicked to the main menu. Stuck on round 3 of the entry and can not complete the objective even though I have played 15 games more than I needed to but they don't count because of this bug. I'm losing out on Llorente and packs. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Tried deleting squads. None of this works. This is completely on EAs side and they aren't fixing it as I'm not the first to post this. To makes things worse in my attempts to fix the issue I'm not locked out of ultimate team and get kicked to the main menu every time I try and access it. I get the same message that I get when finishing a gauntlet game. "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu"

    The same exact thing happened to me aswell. Nothing fixes it and im missing out on really good packs for Winter Wildcards

    I got it to work but not sure if I would recommend trying what I did but I'll tell you anyway and some steps might not be required but I'll include.  Initially when I had access to the game i played a gauntlet match and then i quit the game mid game through the dashboard. This lost me access to ultimate team via a bug. I uninstalled the game and deleted saved data, then after a while got access through the web app while I downloaded the game again. I deleted all my squads and left the active one blank. Went back to it a few hours later and it let me in on the game. Because of the first step it counted my disconnection as a loss, which was the 3rd game of the gauntlet entry. I was able to start a new entry and the bug went away. I hope you get it sorted.

    So you're telling me i should uninstall the game and while its reinstalling to go on the web app and delete all squads and the active squad to leave it blank ?

    Please EA provide a solution for this. We are losing our time and it's so frustrating, we want that Llorente special card and we are playing for him and the 3x86+.
