Gauntlet Mode Error

Ultimate Team Ultimate Challenge mode: Yesterday, I used my two entry rights and completed three matches. I had no new entry rights. Today, I should have been granted 2 new entry attempts, but when I entered the game, I noticed an error stating that the last team I entered yesterday was not suitable for the game and needed to be changed, and that I had one match left. I created a new team and defeated my matched opponent. As soon as the match ended, the game kicked me out with an error. However, my internet connection was not interrupted, and I had won the match. Thinking I had used my first entry, I created a new team. I won the first match in this mode and started my second match with a completely different team. I lost the second match. I created a new team for the third match and won my third and final match in this mode. Even though I still have one more attempt left, I can't use my second attempt due to the game's error. It says, “You have no attempts left.” You can check the number of matches played today. I played the mode for the Diouf card reward. I can't receive my reward because of your error. Please give me my reward.

    Please EA fix this issue and restore the missing attempt/reward.

    Hi, it's the same for me. I played two games, then the third disconnected me from the game, even if I won. So I can't finish my challenges.
